Orange's DNP Log(g)

Yeah, I understand those damn tests. With an BSME, MBA, CPA, I have taken way too many tests in my day. Only good thing is that getting a PhD at my level actually reduces commercial marketability ... hence no more tests :D

I remember my favorite final from undergrad, a comprehensive final for two courses that combined for a final exam ... internal controls (LaPlace transforms, Dif Eq, etc. functionally crossed with Internal Mechanisms for Biological Animation ... basically applying control systems to organic systems).

I went through an 8 hour exam from hell with only two questions. The first question was to name the eight players of the "Black Sox" ... for 1/2 of one point ... the dean of engineering was a baseball fan. 99.5% of the test was to describe the control systems, activation mechanisms, stress and strain factors, and mechanical linkages for the ambulation of a horse walking, trotting, cantering, and galloping.

It sucked!

When the two profs handed back the final exams, I received a score of 7 out of 100. Crap, thought I, I am done-for (out of money so no chance of retaking, senior level class, deep shit). Then the two profs explained that they had decided to grade the exam, upon receiving the students' paper, upon a weighted bell curve, where the average for all student would be a "D".

I got the freakin highest grade in the class ... I went from despair to on-top-of-the world in a 30 second span ... until the profs explained that receiving the curved grade depended upon every student taking the exam home and completing, open book, by the end of the week, with an acceptable solution.

Luckily, I had friends in high places (graduate school). I am so glad to be done with educational classes (formally)!!!

Have a beer (non-alcoholic while on dnp, of course) tonight!
 
Day 12:

DNP dosage 500mg (300mg 1:00 PM, 200 mg 5:00 PM)

Meals: Rediculous(Sushi, fried sushi, saki bombs, edamame, Miso Soup, Tempura, a steak, a ginger salad, and pot stickers) ...Rediculous
Water consumption: 11 Liters + 1 cup saltwater + 3 Dietcokes + 2 Beers
Temp: 97.1(Temps taken under tongue with $12 thermometer for now)
Weight: 251 lb
Supplementation: As planned(Added B-complex for energy)
Sides: Got home from dinner fell flat on my face asleep and woke up a few hours later in a swamp.
Urine: Bright yellow(B-complex)


Note: So I ate like 5000 calories worth of carbs and such yesterday. It was wonderful and well worth it. My scale weight went up like 6 pounds. But it'll go down. My shoulders are very sore for some reason, and I feel like my breathing is hard. I don't know why. A bit worrysome, but it's only been going on for about 5 waking hours, so I'll follow it as it goes. I'm getting a lot of people noticing me being leaner, and my 400 time is steadily improving. FINALLY back into the 50's.....Lifts are all over the place, Hamstring curls were 80lbs per side...WIMP, but incline hammer curls are still climbing. My arms are getting bigger by the tape, so I don't know what's going on. We'll see hw last nights engorgement affects my progress.

Oh, and my bowel volume seems to be low. Might need some sort of laxitive soon. I shit out a half cup of pure liquid every 3 or 4 hours, and they usualy come as a surprise. Borderline Shart territory.

You might want to get a fiber supp, like psyllium husk. Seems to help a lot with regularity.
 
Day 13:

DNP dosage 500mg (300mg 7:00 AM, 200 mg 1:00 PM)

Meals: On schedule, Almost 0 carbs! Used Isopure zerocarb shakes 4 times, for 200 grams protein WOWIE
Water consumption: 4 Liters + 1 cup salty water Cant seem to down the water
Temp: 97.3(Temps taken under tongue with $12 thermometer for now)
Weight: 242 lb
Supplementation: As planned(Added B-complex for energy)
Sides: Minimal, some fatigue
Urine: Bright yellow(B-complex)


Note: I took a crap yesterday that nearly cracked the toilet. IT was nice. Had a great day, spirits were high kicked some ass in the gym, had some fine relations with the lady. Sweat was a bitch, but oh well.

Added more fiber as per Conciliator's suggestion, we'll see how my bowels are today. Took the day off my EFA's because I can't stand burping that shit up. Made a flax tea instead. I bought a calcium based Fiber supp, it's pills, so easier to wolf than the powder shit I take. Finally broke my 1 minute barrier on the Rubik's cube. Lol, maybe DNP is making me more focused. I love how I look in the mirror. 2/3 done!

I don't know if it's the dnp or a coincidence, but man I let out the biggest turd in my life yesterday. I was amazed at the size of that thing.:eek: I thought it was pretty funny and I was laughing my ass off in the stall.[:o)]
 
Just went on a looong pleasure ride (Being a bike courier those are few and far between). Drank my bottles 3 times each. That's 96 ounces in under 2 hours. 26.2 miles in 1 hour 41 minutes with two stops. My personal best! and on DNP to boot. Hoping scale weight will be in the 230's tomorrow.

So what possessed you to ride 26.2 miles (the exact distance of a marathon) on a bike? Chasing after some cute marathon training chick?

Bike marathons are anywhere between 110 and 115, usually 112 miles. My university has a mapped out marathon(and half marathon, and 10,8,5k) course around our sports complex that's paved, and it's east to ride on a bike. So rather than take my street bike which has a tripometer/speedometer, I can take my trackbike and just kick ass until the pavement ends. :)

Also, I don't know a whole lot of chicks....well, none actually that can do a marry in 1:41. :)

Sides: blahhh...losing energy too quickly

Note: Finals are killing me. Fat loss has slowed due to diet fuck ups I assume. Cardio has been weak due to weakness. Doing my best with the given. Almost out of DNP(WTF?). Will switch to stricter diet and heavy cardio after DNP is gone.

I am very pleased with fat loss. We'll see what happens after a week off cycle!

EAT WITH THEM it'll stop , I had the same problem. Take them when you eat a bigger meal with bread.
 
Thank you for the advice, but I do not eat anything but protein shakes, and I do take them with my shakes. Plus, they feel cool going down when they're frozen. [:o)]

Note: Well, I weighed myself in the 230's yesterday. That, by the numbers is a 25 lb loss in 2 weeks and 2 days. I wuz like dude holywhatthefuck. I hope I am carrying some major water, because if I did 30 pounds in a week....like gottdamn. I look pretty damn good in the morning(by my standard...) but by the night, I look very puffy, which is very encouraging, because I think it means I am watering up throughout the day. I plan on doing a SERIOUS cutting diet and heavy heavy cardio for the next 5-10 days. Because I leave for Greece in a few days, and....hot weather + Europe = Speedo! Ha, just kidding. But I need to look better for Greece. So.....AFTER PICS COMING SOON!
