Orange's DNP Log(g)

Day 17:

DNP dosage 200mg (200mg 9:00 AM)

Meals: Perfection
Water consumption: 13 Liters + 1 cup salty water
Temp: 99.9 at peak! (Temps taken under tongue with $12 thermometer for now)
Weight: 238 lb
Supplementation: As planned(Added B-complex for energy)
Sides: blahhh...losing energy too quickly
Urine: Bright yellow(B-complex)

Note: Had a SERIOUS triple today. Three 5 hour shifts, all bike courier. Logged close to 80 miles. Awful awful awful. On the bright side, I made $325 tips and $120 hourly pay. But, not worth it for how I feel. I was eating beef and bacon allday to keep energy going....but When you work in a sub shop, all you want is to stuff loaf after loaf of fresh french bread into your hole and chew until you die. But, I didn't. I did eat a spoonful of mayonaise though....Gross. Missed my second dose of DNP due to work...oh well. 2 more days, then I'm out of DNP. Then I start my Diurex cycle, and my Sam Adams PCT. :) I will do afters in 2 days, and again 1 week later(hopefully)

Day 18:

DNP dosage 700mg (700mg 10AM)

Meals: Perfection
Water consumption: 10 Liters + 1 cup salty water
Temp: 98.554 Digital infrared reflection thermometer.
Weight: 236 lb
Supplementation: As planned(Added B-complex for energy)
Sides: blahhh...losing energy too quickly
My piss has been stinging a bit lately.....might be vitamins, might be chlamydia, only time will tell.

Note: Things are going well. Can't wait to be done, which is surprising, I usually enjoy DNP cycles a bit because every second I do of an activity i feel like I'm dropping massive amounts of fat. But. This time, I want to hop out of the oven for a while. I'm going to go to 21 days at 700mg a day here on out. I'll fry before I cool off. I'm hoping this will let my blood levels be high for the couple days I'm off cycle becaus eI plan on hitting cardio very very hard. My girlfriend accused me of drooling a lot last night, she wouldn't believe it was sweat because it was gooey(Gross.) Had over 3 grams of caffeiene yesterday....heart felt funny, with caffeine, amphetamine, NO, green tea, forskolin and DNP all surging in my veins, I kinda felt like an ice addict. Might bump up to 30/30TRmg Amphetamine for the next week just to really kick my ass in terms of fat loss. After 30 days. I'm going to stop cutting hard. Ween myself onto some carbs, and start eating a balanced diet. This 1200 calorie stuff is a thorn in my shrinking side. People have been asking me if I'm sick or if I feel alright a lot lately. I must look like a heroin addict. Fell asleep at work...Worked till 5 AM after pulling an all nighter for a final. The stimulants in my body and the lack of sleep CAN'T be good for me. I hope I don't die. That'd suck....i guess.Started using crest white strips a few days ago, they work, really well. I got them for free. here's how. I went on the crest site, sent them an e-mail saying i bought a package and it was short a few strips, and voila they send me a full box. Booyah.

Thanks for the support guys. I'm very ready to be done. With school and with DNP. I leave for greece in 10 days, and stay for a month, so I am ready to get the fuck outta here. But, there's an organic chem, Thermodynamics, Linear Circuitry analysis, Statics and Dynamics of mechanics, and Materials science engineering exam inbetween then and now. [|)]

Going from 500mg/day to 700mg/day is a big jump in terms of effect. I'd at least try 600mg/day for a week. I hope you monitor your temperature and drop back down if it or the sides become excessive.

You studying mechanical engineering or something? That class list reminds me of junior year:
Thermo 2, Fluids, Linear Circuitry, Statics and Dynamics, Mats Sci.

Yuck.

Thank you for your concern, but I am only up here for 3 days, then 400 for one, 200 for one, and I'm done. I've gone as high as 600 before and it's hot, but very managable for me.

Day 19:

DNP dosage 700mg (700mg 11AM)

Meals: Perfection
Water consumption: 7 Liters + 1 cup salty water
Temp: 97.320 Digital infrared reflection thermometer.
Weight: 233 lb morning 237lb night.....
Supplementation: As planned(Added B-complex for energy)
Sides: It was cool and rainy so sides were't bad. Slept at frat house which seems to be a consistant 30 degrees so i was comfortable all night.

Note: Wow. I woke up yesterday morning, and I didn't recognize myself in the mirror. MY body looks completely different. I spent probably close to 30 minutes flexing and checking different angles and such. I have a scale loss of over 30 pounds in 19 days, which is rediculous. I can see a big difference in my facial geometry, and I feel like every muscle is developing a bit of a cut. I thought my whole life I had a bit of Gyno, but that seems to be going away now, which makes me think it was just fat. My calves almost look like calves now, and I have a bump for a bicep. I can see the outline of my abdominus when I lean in awkward positions. It's all very very exciting for me. Who hasn't been below 19%BF since high school. I hope 75% or more of my weight is fat loss. I'd be thrilled with 90%. I had to tighten my watch 2 notches, and my socks are fitting looser! Two things I wouldn't ever expect to notice. I have gotten a couple compliments, though I assume people think I have AIDS due to rapid weight loss. I am very very happy right now. My only hinderance is my fucking finals. :)

Mechanical Engineering and Nuclear/Fissle Physics here at Purdue. It's a lot of work, but I enjoy it. Yes, I am a Junior.

Aiming to be a nuclear physicist?

By the way, how does your body handle the amphetamines? I've always wanted to make the transition as my body seems to be permanently used to ephedrine.

Poor guy. For what it is worth, I really liked my junior year of MECH-E. However, let me give you a little bit of heads up ... beware of Control Theory!!! I finished ME with a 3.9 ... would have had a 4.0 except for those damn LaPlace transform applications in Controls.

Then again, I spent most of my four years in a swimming pool rather than in a library.

I am going for Automotive engineering, and with the shift of the automotive world, nuclear physics is almost as important as simple mechanics!

As far as amphetamines go, I think it is wonderful drug, and should be in every household. But seriously, it's a great drug for someone with good control. IT KILLS appetite. Most people say after a week they get appetite back. I've been on for almost 3 and I could care less about food. Yet, when I eat I enjoy it. It makes my energy rediculous. Despite almost 0 carbs and being on DNP I could still actually function until around day 2 or 3 of 400 mg. And that had a lot to do with loss of sleep. I've been studying for finals, and I'm zeroed in on everything even though I could give a shit less about some of this stuff. I find myself excited to study Organic Chem! I think it's a great great drug for me for right now. Though, I can admit I can feel the dependence issue. I look forward to taking it, and that's never a good sign. Also, It's easy to get side tracked. I find myself doing odd things for hours, I used to speed solve rubik's cubes, and despite not having touched one since high school, I have taken a great interest in them these past weeks. I played with a tape measure for a half hour, and I did the dishes by hand! It really takes control of your mind. But, for studying, and staying up, and apetite, and energy and getting lean it's amazing. I've never had an ill feeling from the drug itself.

Also, it makes you clench your jaw, and that can make me a bit sore when biking because i take a lot of shock to my teeth on a track bike. I've been up for like almost 2 days and I'm not tired, but if I layed down I could sleep easily. Scary stuff, but very effective.

Though, the legal aspect of adderall is bad news too, be VERY careful. I have lots of friends that take it so they can party all night, or study all night, and I always hear of people getting busted with a few pills and getting in serious trouble.....

I'm struggling to hang onto my 4. I'm one of less than 100 people with 4.0's that are juniors, and that's out of over 4,000 in my major!

We did control theory in my Electrical and Computer engineering class. We didn't go into a ton of real world detail, but it seemed fairly straightforward. We've used PID op amps in that class, and though it's a bitch to work with three inputs, once you get it figured out it's alright. I have a course in harmonic oscillation and the primary topic is laplace transformation solving models! EEK. :) Next year is going to suck.

Day 20:

DNP dosage 700mg (700mg 6 AM)

Meals: Good but consumed 30 grams carbs of gatorade...nothing too serious
Water consumption: 5 Liters + 1 cup salty water + 64 Oz Gatorade...
Temp: 98.1
Weight: 232
Supplementation: As planned(Added B-complex for energy)
Sides: Was actually reasonably cool all day. Been in the basement of a library for a long time, so it was very very cool down there.

Note: As far as DNP goes I feel fine, but My lack of sleep, and my low caloric intake and the stress of finals is kicking my ass. I look terrible from the neck up. Baggy eyes, greasy hair, dry lips. I think my body is ready to be off DNP and back on carbs. My sleep has been all over the place, 20 minutes here an hour there, but it IS not enough. The AMphetamine helps, but....blah I am so fucking tired. and it's not the DNP's fault. Missed the gym....rode my bike a bit. After 10 AM tomorrow, I am done with finals. I'm going to celebrate by drinking a root beer.......not even a diet root beer, a regular sugar filled root beer. Happy Cinco de Mayo all. By the way. I am puffy as shit. I look fatter than ever, and I'm down over 30 pounds...lol. MY muscles feel pretty soft, that sucks. Kill me.

Holy shit. I just ran 3 miles and it was GRUELING. WHERE THE FUCK DID MY RUNNING ENDURANCE GO?! I used to run the 5k in 18 mins reasonably easily. I just did 2 miles in 16 minutes and it was like I was dragging a 40 lb sled! How is that possible. Is it just fatigue? I literraly have dropped 30 pounds and my ability to run has gone toi shit. Could DNP affect my breath endurance? I even started to get a side stitch!

5k in 34 minutes. WTF MATES? WTF?!
My bike times are imporving by leaps and bounds, why would running go the other way by so much?

Performance is expected to take a major hit when you're on DNP. The energy you need to put into running, for example, is multiplied by the inefficiency from the DNP. If your metabolism is increased by 75%, you'll burn an additional 75% engaged in activity.

Have no idea why there would be a disconnect between your bike performance and your running performance.
