Ordering bloodwork

Hey all, I plan on ordering the female hormone panel from privatemd for precycle bloods. I remember the last time I did, I bought a gift card and purchased with that because I’m in a banned state.

Is it necessary to purchase blood work with a gift card if I’m in a banned state or can I use my credit card and just give em a fake address since I’ll be visiting a neighbor state?

Providing a fake addy while ordering your blood panel i am assuming would be pointless. Your real address is known by cc company.

I have to use a loaded credit/gift card with no address registered to it. I usually go amex gift card.

I’ve been trying to get an answer to this for the longest. How do you get around being in nj nyc and ordering through one of the online sites. A gift card and a fake address and then just go to local labcorp anyway?

If you are asking if Private MD would care if you ordered blood work in a banned state? I would assume they will sell you the blood work requisition. It is more likely up to end user to do their due diligence on laws regarding their state. Why not just try and order?? I would think if any issue, you could speak directly to Privatemd afterward and explain situation regarding a refund.

I havent used it in the last year but in the past I did try with using my cc and it wouldnt get processed.

@bambam333 that's the workaround. Purchase a gift card not linked with address, use your real name but fake address when ordering online and bring your passport as ID just incase. I have never been asked for it but bring it incase.
