Does anyone have experience ordering from them? I have emailed them serval times about my order, but they do not respond.
I placed my order (#20252) on January 20, and it was shipped via Asendia on the 25th. The last tracking update was on February 12, showing the location as “GEVEVE 2 LETTERS TRANSIT” with the status “Departed Asendia facility.” Is this typical? Or have i been scammed?

I originally made this account to post on BG's thread about not having received my package yet but it seemed like everyone was going through a longer than usual wait time. I eventually did get email of an item being shipped via Asendia also. I placed my order Jan 26th. It is currently in the states and should be here in a day or two.

Make sure you check on a computer so you can see the usps link for more detailed tracking. I just checked mine and it had not updated from "
GEVEVE 2 LETTERS TRANSIT" until it cleared customs.

Can you check your emails ? Its about order 21247, its been paid (bank transfer) but you told me fiasp vial & humalog vial are OOS after payment was sent, so we can arrange a replacement (any fast acting insulin TBH, can be in any form, doesnt matter to me)
