Well back to the subject. One tip with regards to tracking numbers. If anyone here uses Tor to try to stay more anonymous, I don't suggest checking your tracking at all over Tor. I've seen it stated a few places that USPS flags shipments if a Tor node has been used to check the tracking. I don't know if it's a fact or not, but I have heard twice of people getting busted after checking tracking over Tor. If you have to check, I would do it at a coffee shop or somewhere over clearnet.
Depends on where you live too, customs can contact local LE about a seized package if they want to. In a city they most likely aren't gonna waste time getting a warrant and setting up a controlled delivery on some guy getting 4-5 vials in the mail when they have murders, assaults and other major crimes to deal with. If you live in a smallish hick town like me they have nothing better to do and it would be front page news so the risk goes up.
