thyroid, progesterone, aromasin, worried about your estrogen......

Why are those things a topic with you if all you are doing is losing weight?

If you are plateauing- are you sure you are keeping your deficit?

Do you accurately recalculate your new maintenance calories for your current bodyweight often?

Are you weighing everything you eat on a food scale, and tracking the calories and macros in an app?
I'm just very interested in hormone optimization and don't want to mess anything up.

yea i've been very militant about calories, recalculating my goals every 2-3 days, I just need to have patience. I use cronometer for everything.

I weigh out all my food for the day and put it in the app before college/work
