Placed an order on the 18th of feb for international order, received tracking promptly, no movement since then. I know a few other people who place int orders after me already received their orders. Created a support ticket today, the FAQ says we have to wait 60 days for bringing up an issue but that seems ridiculous when there is clearly an issue already. Hopefully it is resolved.

There is indeed a shortage of the raw substance on the market so all the brands are affected. We don't have a certain date when new batches will enter in manufacturing at this moment.

Update on my osgear shipping, after about 4 weeks package was magically at my local hub and delivered in the early evening. This was weird because my mailman always delivers mid day. I go out to check mailbox and no package. I contacted the post office and gave them the tracking number osgear provided and they said it was not addressed to my name or address, they had a picture of it in front of them. I wondered why it wasn’t showing up on my informed delivery. So the tracking number I got was never even for my package. Awesome. 10/10 would buy again. Emailed their support again, so far shit experience with this seller.
