Osta RX Log

Shoulders and triceps today! 3 caps of Osta Rx, got some crazy pumps in my shoulders today was gonna take some pictures but too many people in the gym :) Focusing on my arms have some pictures I will post later as I progress!!
 
So far everything is going well with Osta Rx! Even though it has a pretty long half life I use 1 in the morning 2 preworkout and 1 at night. Feeling some nice pumps and adding size to my arms really quickly. Diet has been good and along with Osta Rx my gains are coming along good!
 
Did my hamstrings and quads today! Quads feeling extremely strong and my hamstring although I am still feeling weary is strong as well. Leg curl and seated leg curls work fine. I imagine some pain coming from my right leg but then I can feel it in my left leg too. I think it's all in my head :)

Osta Rx is working as a very good supplement and I haven't experienced any side effects. Seems like a product with a lot of good and nothing bad. :) I have never tried any prohormones but I wish I did some cycles of Osta before I started AAS. Would have been a good way to test the waters and further gains!

I definitely agree with the last sentence of what you said Sworder. I'm very happy to work with Osta before delving into AAS usage beyond the 2 week mark. I also feel that by using Osta leading up to a high dose 2 week run of anabolics, it would be like a cumulative of 6 weeks by the end. If there's adaptations that need to take place before accelerated muscle growth can ocur, do you think a month of Osta would be enough so that a 2 week cycle of AAS would be maximally effective?
 
Honestly I would do the Osta Rx, take 4 weeks off and hit the 2 weeker hard. Try looking into carb priming before and then go all out on the 2weeker. Or if it would suit you better do the Osta Rx and get on a keto diet and try to shed some more BF before the 2weeker so you are going from a catabolic->anabolic state. I will be doing something like that before my next round.
 
That sounds like solid advice. Probably going to try a keto thing for the rest of the osta run and then go into a 2 weeker. how long does it take for a keto diet to work for the purposes of having a priming effect when carbs are reintroduced?
 
I would start doing it for 3-4 weeks! you want to incorporate a couple carb days too every 4-5 days.


OSTA Rx is going well, did my biceps/forearms and a lot of cardio today!

Looking good, Sworder. Maybe I missed it, but you are not on any gear, except the Ostra, yes?

So, to be clear, this is a SARM, yes? I might consider carrying some in my store, what is the wholesale price?
