Ostarine: For Real?

Hi everyone, is this ostarine stuff for real? If so then I'm wondering why it's hardly mentioned here...
Because if the claims are true then this is the perfect thing for me!
Thanks for all constructive feedback.

Ah OK OK, great feedback, thanks guys! Because the claims sounded real good, like, REAL good. Shame it isn't so...

Ive heard it "works", but its so minimal. Maybe 3 lbs in a month. You could get that with a good diet. And it will shut you down.

I heard that it's supposed to not shut you down at all, or only very slightly?
But hey, that's just hearsay, internet 'wisdom', who knows...I'm guessing you guys are more experienced and knowledegable...

Only thing I noticed was my hair falling out and my prostate swelling up. What a scam. Maybe the idea will mature one day but for now AAS is safer and about 8000 times better.

It doesnt shut you down at like 5mg/day. But the doses people are taking to try to build are between 20 - 30mg. At that level it will.
The actual studies were done at no more than 6mg.

OK WOW! Re AAS, does it make sense to use HCG on a short cycle of, say, Testo Propionate? Or is it necessary?
I was thinking T Prop, Adex and then nolva at the end, or how about Aromasin at the end, apparently it boosts Testo quite a bit? Nolva or Aromasin...
And should I take HCG or not? We're talking 4 weeks max...

No. It was actually made to stop muscle wasting in cancer / Aids patients. So levels that low for when theyre getting treatment and hoping they wont waste away. Of course then people saw this and figured why not up the dosage and see what it can do.

Only way to tell if you need it is to get a blood test. You need to know LH and FSH, along with TT. IDK tough call. Metabolisms and genetics all interface with AAS differently to some degree.

OK thanks @jaymaximus . What about this here:

Thats one youll have to do some research or ask someone else about. Im not to knowledgable on HCG.

Theres many here who know a lot more. Is there a reason youre set on doing only 4 weeks?

No need for HCG. Take adex with your test prop and pct with nolvadex and clomid together. Aromasin isn't needed for a pct.

Is that a rule of thumb? The more and more I study PCT, the more I see it boils down to dose, duration, and drugs used. What if he is using 1g of test prop for 4 weeks, then does he need HCG?

Honest questions here, but the only sure way to know is to get blood tests.

I'm not an expert on HCG and yes that is just standard pct protocol. The main reason why I say it's not really necessary is because I've never used it for a cycle. Neither have a lot of other guys. If you're scared of a bit of testicular atrophy then sure, use HCG. Every time I pct my balls come back to original size though.

Gotcha, makes sense. I tend to stick to the most medically sound option because I'd like to be able to have kids one day.

Anecdotal evidence is good but I'd rather see the facts. That being said, I'm willing to bet lots of money you've cycled significantly more than me. So I'm sure you're dialed in, whereas I do not know from personal experience.
