Package delivery issue

I received this notice from USPS. Apparently my package needs a signature. I’ve never had to sign for any package relating to UGLs or ancillary labs in 5 years. Does this notice mean it was seized? Also should I chalk this up to the game or go to usps and sign for it? I’ve tried to schedule a redelivery and the website can’t locate the package with the tracking ID provided. Sketchy.

It is international I believe. This is my first time using this source. It’s just a prami order. Nothing else. I want to share the source to see if this is a common occurrence when guys use them. Am I able to share the source in this thread?

It just means when the mailman scanned the package it probably asked him for a signature so he had to leave a slip if you were not home. Or if it was going to a certain size mailbox it wouldn't fit inside and he felt uncomfortable leaving it outside the mailbox.

Plus you can just take that tag to the dutch door window at the post office and ask for your package. A lot of times they won't even ask for a signature... they'll just hand it to you.
