I saw the link. I get that it is not a controlled substance according to the Feds. But many states have their own laws where it is considered a controlled substance.

Anyways, I just don't see how it says you can import a 3 months supply without a script to the other states. it sounds more of like a grey area to me that can go either way depending on the Feds and the prosecutor. And in my friends situation, I don't see why they would be making a big deal about it if they weren't planning on prosecuting them. it just seems like more of a gamble to me law wise than to just outright say ya go ahead anyone can legally import personal use of HGH into the U.S.
Again I'm not trying to say you are completely wrong..it just doesn't seem so cut and dry to me.
