Not drinking, eating clean and focusing on absolute failure. Obviously first pic is not flexed at my absoworst, why I started the log. Second pic was fully pumped after chest and tris midnight lift. Crazy how fast I’m recomping no tren/ment/orals
 
Damn that recomp tho. Hope I’m the same way. Been 3-4 months with a handful of gym sessions. Just now getting back to it
 
Rear delts need work.. In your most muscular they should be popping over into sight..

Put plenty volume into rear delts you will eventually have full delts with great shape like Rafael Brandao type shoulders..

Calories were really low and I burnt out fast. Biceps are a weak point so I hammered them for about 45 mins.

Cable curls 2 sets
Incline db curls 3 sets
Hammer curls 50 lbs to failure 3 sets
Standing db curls 35 to failure x 2
40lbs to failure by 2 45 lbs to failure x2

Throw in a front double.. I think biceps look pretty good..
I can definitely get one up and it’s actually one of my biggest insecurities for whatever reason my body holds most of my fat in my thighs, glutes and arms put my core shreds up super fast, same with chest and shoulders. It’s kind of like an odd genetic fat placement, but my front double really doesn’t look great on my next lift. I’ll get one up for you bro.

Wonder if that’s also what happened to me. 2:1 ratio, but possibly crashed my estrogen. Had some crazy panic attacks and stuff for a couple days.

And now I’m still dealing with who knows what kind of issue(s). Might just suck it up and go back to a small cycle.
