I'm so limited on leg excercise due to fucked up knees/ herniated bulging disks in lower back and all the fun excercise for legs are just a recipe for disaster , i have to do light weight and no squats sadly ( squats used to be favorite) , unfortunately for me ,,,, im in my 50's and had lived a fast hard life up until 12 years ago when i decided to pull my head loose from my ass ,fastforward till now and now i have bird legs ! lmao but my calves are very well developed go figure

I'm halfway there at 29 lol running did a number in my knees but they're still functional for now haha

Calves seem to be difficult for most people so that a gym short win if you ask me!
 
Pump work tonight. Arm day. 15 log pwo. 12-20 rep range. Blended fruit and vegetables intra have 40oz of organic berries and spinach. Tryna soak these nutrients into the muscle. 90g whey iso split throughout the lift. Got this protocol from a dude with 20 inch arms on PM trying it out.

Holding the stretch until you're ready to die basically. Bicep/tricep/shoulders I'll report back in a bit
 
When I was younger in my football days they were bigger natural than they are now. I might throw a real leg day in to stay somewhat proportional thanks man
Same for me during football bro. I do a lot of cardio, and I know you run... I think, for me, my cardio takes something a little away from my legs. Or, maybe football is just conducive to leg hypertrophy. IDK.

Your legs look great. If you can add some lifts to them, why not grow them a little while you're blasting? For me it would be like leaving something on the table. But, you look great bro, you're legs look like you train them more frequently... plenty of muscle there.

Thanks dude! Cardio to me is pretty important especially just for heart health and lipid management. I'm actually pretty uncomfortable at this weight, 200 everything was so much easier haha

Yea had a few day distraction break but I'm dialed right back in, focused as can be. Time to tighten things up

For me anadrol is probably the only oral I can see myself using long term. I like winstrol when I'm stupid lean. Besides that I just don't get much out of the other ones. Anavar never did much, tbol was fun for sprints but don't get much of a performance benefit from it, dbol just made me sweaty and fat faced, all the other shit just feels toxic. Anadrol makes me feel so god damn strong it's scary!
