@Palifter hey bud what’s your reasoning for having two coaches? Also is there communication between them regarding things like cardio or recovery?
I have only one coach and that’s Chris. Mike is just guiding me on training only. Chris handles everything else and I check in with him formally on a bi weekly basis. They are aware of each others role but don’t communicate.

Gotta say, he coaches some athletes with great structure and brings them in large & shredded damn near all the time. Great choice for any serious athlete.
Have you ever tried his DrinkMOR? if yes, did it hold the promises it makes (flavor wise)?

I have not tried his MOR water flavoring yet but I need to! I’ve heard very good things about all flavors

How much do you pay Chris?

His rates can vary. Also since I’m a returning client (we worked together years ago) I came in at a discounted rate. Best to reach out to him for pricing.
 
@Palifter Forgive me if this question is somewhat inappropriate, but what led you to change coach? Luki strikes me as extremely competent. What was it about his approach that you were not entirely comfortable with?

My switch had nothing to do with Luki’s coaching ability. He’s a fantastic coach. I just wanted a coach local to me and someone who will be able to travel to shows with me next year. Bonus points for Tuttle since we did a show together years ago and I loved the look/process.

Chris really doesn't suggest the insulin use, generally, right? Was it his suggestion or you decided to use it because you used it before and worked well for you?

I can’t comment on what Chris normally does, I would be speculating. I told Chris I had been on insulin prior to coming to him and he had no issues with me continuing it.

Do you remember your cycle in the first pic? Just curious how it has changed, if it has, what you do different now vs back then
It’s been over 5 years so I can’t recall exacts. I can say my drug use hasn’t changed much. If anything, I’m on more drugs in the left pic. I’m only on 1000mg test in the right current pic.

This is just years of doing the same boring stuff day in and day out. If nothing else, I have always been very consistent in my approach.

Dropping test cyp to 100mg EOD for the time being. This was just a planned cruise phase.
