Yeah, I haven't done low bar in probably a year.
I decided to play around with wide stance SSB squats for awhile. Need to get some use out of the bar for what it cost.
Ha. Yeah, for sure. It's not necessarily a cheap gym bag item to collect dust.
I'm thinking my issue maybe is from sumo deadlifts? Not sure.. never had this kind of pain before. Lol. It's like a dull pain at the bottom of the hip joint on the outside just below the glute. Only hurts if I externally rotate or if I sweep my leg in.

My hip is usually my right hip and directly on the side like where the joint is. Doing sumo from a deficit really aggravates it.
How long you been pulling sumo? Might just not be used to it yet. I had more problems when I first started.

Probably not far off from a 3x bodyweight squat.
Well done that's some weightI'm pretty sure in wraps I could probably hit about 550ish. So depending on the size of poop I take in the morning I'm about there. Sleeves I'm probably at or just below 500lbs atm.
I tried to do 3x15 chin ups the other day and got 2x15 and only 10-12 on the last one.

1x3 Deadlifts @ 545lbs
3x5 deadlifts @ 455lbs
4x8 weighted pullups
3x8 bent over rows
4x15 reverse flies
Really happy with how smooth 545 moved. The last rep looked like a warmup.
