Path to a 500 wilks

Weight today was 206.2

Workout was,

2x10 camber bar squats
X3 conventional deads @ 525lbs
4x3 speed deadlifts
2x6 snatch grip rdls
3x5 pendlay rows
5xamrap straight arm pulldowns

Lower back was a little tweaked from watching too much netflix yesterday. Lol. Made for some fun deadlifts. Everything moved pretty good though, top set was still only about an RPE 6, so definitely more left in the tank.
 
Weight today was 210.2

Workout was,

10x5 paused bench @ 285
10x7 chest supported rows
3x15 cable flies
4xamrap lat pulldowns
10,8,6 5 second negative reverse curls
Juarez style pushups

Fucked up my wrist messing with a new guy at work. Was trying to convince him you put in vinyl planks with your hands by punching them instead of using a mallet. Lol. Seemed funny at the time. On the bright side, I ate quite a bit and the weights moved easier than last week

2x5 paused bench @ 285
2x7 chest supported rows
2x12 cable flies
3x12 lat pulldowns
2x6 5 second negative reverse curls

Easy day today. This is supposed to be my "deload" week. He showed me what I'm doing next week. Everything looks pretty manageable except the single at 585 on deads. That alone will be rough, it'll be interesting to see how he builds it up from there as the block progresses. I don't know how much more weight I can handle conventional

4x15 single arm lat pulldown

Well, can still pull 6 plates conventional. Actually was decently smooth. Especially considering I slept on the couch last night and my neck was all kinked up. Made it hard to get in position right because all I could feel was my neck. Lol.

X3 sumo deadlifts @ 500lbs
5x2 sumo deads @ 410
2x6 snatch grip rdls
3x6 meadows rows
4x12 one arm lat pulldowns

Switching back to sumo. Kind of strained my lower back a bit on the 585 deadlift. Didn't have time to recover for squats the other day and made those uncomfortable. So will go back to sumo and see if it heals up without taking time off.
