Weight today was, 193.2

Workout was,

6x5 deadlifts @ 495
3x8 paused beltless snatch grip rdl @ 365

Just called it good after deads. Not much of my body hasn't been worked between yesterday and today. Lol

4x10 lat pulldown
4x10 nautilus row
3x8 weighted dip
4x12 tricep pushdown
3xamrap machine curl

Starting to like weighed dips. They aren't hurting my shoulders or elbows, do I'll probably keep doing them and adding weight.
 
Haha. With all the propaganda out there about covid it hard to believe what’s what and what’s useful. I’d have to believe that having low testosterone would probably cause lesser immune function. Seems like healthy people fair much better with any illness in general. There’s also the flip side of that too where too much gear can fuck up your health and cause it’s own set of pulmonary and cardio/respiratory issues.

Yeah. It was actually a legitimate study. Lol. That was basically it. Men with higher testosterone had better immune responses. They didn't specify the exact ng/dl level though for optimal immune function. Just going to assume it's 3,500 and keep my dose high so I don't get sick

3x8 pause front squats @ 225
4x10 leg curls
4x12 facepull
4x15 hammer curl

In all honesty, I probably should've bumped up the weight a bit on front squats. Was feeling a bit lazy after 5 sets of pause squats and having a bar resting on my neck. Lol

Not going to lie... Those snatch grip rdls were a little heavier than i thought they were going to be. Lol. Last time I did 405 I had a belt on, beltless was definitely harder.

Oh yeah. I was actually thinking to myself how not too long ago I couldn't even sit down without back pain. Now here I am doing heavy ass snatch grip rdls without a belt. Lol. Feels good to feel good.
Same here, back pain from scoliosis in my case but corrective exercises I got from a PT at the hospital really helped me so now have hardly any back pain on deads or squats but I go lighter.

I guess since I didn't really have much of a real bulk last time I'll just do another one now and plan on competing at 198 again. Hopefully will fill out a little better this time.
