Tren A. 50mg/ed (pinned AM)
T3. 140mcg/ed
Arimidex. 1mg e3d
ECA (if needed to curb hunger)
Liver support supps
5mg lisinopril / ed (keeps BP @ 115/70)
Diet is 500 cal below maintenance.
Consisting of:
Chicken/Fish/Lean pork
Rice/Oats/Nuts
Vegetables
Occasional protein shake / granola bar @Work.
Protein 180g
Fats. 50g ish. (Approx 25%)
Carbs 180g
Approx 2k cal
Stats are:
5'10"
190lbs
14% bf
3 years training (since last extended break)
Third blast.
Training is strength oriented.
Heavy compounds.
3 days on / 1 day off
Last bloods (photo below) taken after 4 week cruise @ 100mg Test C / week.
Checking E2 / test / liver enzymes @5weeks in.
Might check prolactin just for my own curiosity.
