Yeah you're supposed to drink the oil right?

Take your helmet off before you try to replace the cap. That way you can see what your doing. It will snap right on

On a serious note if this is what ur talking about, once separated they will not go back together.

That's good to know, and I just noticed that after I removed the cap from a vial for the first time for my first run. Would been nicer if they still snapped on after being removed to protect the rubber stopper. Obviously it is harder to remove at first as it's sealed from what I have learned, much like the cap on a jar of pickles pops up once you open the jar,
