Anyone have any recommendations for sleep aids? I can fall asleep fine, but I'm always up 4-5 hours later and can't go back. Looking at trazodone or hydroxyzine.

I’m a terrible sleeper but 150mg trazadone 2 hours before bed has been pretty great for me. Most other meds like lunesta just get me the 4-5 hours sleep that you are getting.

Trazodone works great for me. 100-150 mg and I stay asleep. I’d start low and increase dose. Too high and you might wake up feeling like you are still half asleep. After all these years its impact and effectiveness never waned.

I inject 500-600mg once a week IM. It’s most effective via IV, then IM, and then subq. I think some people are injecting higher doses multiple days a week.

If you’ve never used Amlodipine it can cause edema in some people. Switch it out for Cilnidipine. They don’t have it on their price list but they can usually get it for you if you ask.

Also, what will your next cycle consist of? If prolactin and/or gyno is a concern add Caber or Raloxifene to the list. If acne is a concern add Accufine. If hair loss is a concern add Finasteride and/or Minoxidil. If fertility or keeping your marbles from shrinking is a concern add HCG.

Im not worred about the Hair or Marbles (already bald and no kids in the future) but I will check out the Caber/Raloxifine, couldn't hurt just in case... but with the Primo balancing out my Estrogen im guessing I will be ok. I just recently came off 200 test / 200 Primo / 50 anavar a week and my Prolactin was 9.3 with a range of 3.9-22.7 so nothing too concerning. My estrodial was pretty low, a little too low for my liking, so im going to go 2:1 test/primo then re-test in 4 weeks and see if I need further adjustment.

And you are right. With Primo you shouldn’t have any E2 or prolactin issues. I had very low E2 on Primo last cycle so I added HCG to increase my E2 this time around.

I am trying to add eq to my stack again... rashed my fucking e2 end of last year.. I have ment and estradiol on hand.. I'm not gonna go through that shit again.. my e2 got down to 2.2.... I di t know if at that point taking a estradiol pill would be suitable but I bought some to have and gonna research it... I have been taking 500iu hcg 3x week since I started taking gear... I like my balls even tho I dont really use them I dont want to lose them!!

If you figure out the magic formula please let me know. Somehow just tanked mine with a baby dose of primo. As I get older I’m aromatizing different types of testosterone at much different rates. Considering putting together some Dbol for these situations.

I just started taking Raloxifene and said fuck an AI.. I got my e2 up to 11 by eating dbol like skittles for about 2 weeks.. then I went to trt and haven't checked it until last week.. haven't got the results yet but I have a feeling it not as high as I would like it as I was running a lil primo with my trt.. we shall see..
