PCT 30 days or 45 days

Hey there

I did a 11 weeks TestC 500mg cycle and I am now in the week 3 of PCT. I did HCG the last 4 weeks of cycle and now I am running 20mgNolva+50mgClomid everyday.

I already feel pretty good, strong libido and strong workouts, I actually did not lose much size, just water.

In order to assure complete restoration, I don't know if complete 30 days of this or to extend it to 45, as many PCT protocols I've seen. What do you usually do, PCT guys?

I would blood work now to see but I am afraid with SERMS in blood would not be fair.

I would do the 45. An easy way to tell if the serms are still active would be elevated LH levels. You're not going to get an accurate reading until three months post serms.

Thanks. I hope to get my pre-cycle levels, as 749 ng/dl I did some years ago. Now I am 22 and been for a while off.

After i stopped serms, 2 weeks later i did bloodwork and had elevated low lh/fsh signals (i think very low in range).
Due to serms being still present?
I remember clomid was stopped 2 weeks earlier than nolva and 2 weeks after i stopped nolva, i did the bloodwork

Sounds like either bunk serms or that you’re secondary hypo and the serms failed to increase your pituitary output of lh/fsh. Was your test level decent?

Just for my understanding, if i waited a month and got another test done, isnt therr the possibility of lh/fsh being higher in range than after those 2 weeks past the serms?
Or is the time after serms the highest my fsh/lh will get?

They would typically be higher under the influence of serms, now if your serms were bunk then they could go higher in time.
