PCT 42 years old

Are you saying that's the only option from what you see? Why?

I do not want to go on TRT. For me this is last resort. I would like to try to recover.

Many studies says that it sometimes takes longer. Even 1 year. Can time help me?
I'd keep trying the HCG for longer. There are studies showing almost everyone who stays on the HCG protocol long enough completely recover, sometimes taking months, but recovered nonetheless.

you must understand that after 3 years your time to recover will be longer...
at least 4 MONTHS....
after 2 months you are just @ half way

Thank you for the kind words. I really hope I will get out of this situation and my balls restart making decent levels.

I agree with others who said you're at the prime age to start TRT but I've got a question.

Why do you want to fully recover and have natty levels again? Planning on having kids?

The longest it took me to fully recover from a cycle when I was younger was about 9 months (high dose deca and oxy) but nobody did bloods back then so we all just had to guess based on feelings/moods etc.

If you're not bouncing back quick enough you will just have to be patient and allow more time bro but don't keep using ancillaries. The whole idea with the meds is that you only use them for a short period just to kickstart recovery but then you stop all drugs completely and let homeostasis work it's magic.

Be prepared to lose a big chunk of your gains though if your only focus is being natty again coz it could take anywhere from 6 to 18 months depending on how much damage/suppression you caused.

Good luck...

I have Cialis ready, not using it. But I think she will not be interested to start a relationship with a guy who has these kind of problems. I myself don't feel myself as a man anymore after realizing the recovery might be not possible. Have a huge depression from it, but I keep doing business as usual.

Planing to check my sperm in few weeks. (now 81 days after last injection so sperm might be already new as it apparently takes at least 74 days to create new sperm).
How's it going for you, any updates?
Relationship, ED, test etc ?

PS! Lots of guys, including myself, take cialis every day. Your woman will never know unless you tell her. The effect last 36+ hours, just throw it into your morning mix of vitamins and minerals. The duration is so long that if you forget a dose, it will work until next day anyway.

Lots of guys misunderstand cialis - it doesn't make you horny, it has zero mental effects. All it does is to help blood flow in your body so when you do get horny, your little brother will stand up. You don't get a permanent election, you don't get out-of-control horny or whatever teenage stories you hear.

If your depression is partly related to ED, cialis will help simply because it fixes the ED issue. It's also dirt cheap from UGL vendors, no need to splurge on big brand from pharmacy.

Libido issues are gone since about 2 months ago (after 3 months of stopping testosterone). One day I felt a release in about 30 minutes and I started getting erection back. The conclusion is that libido issues were not related to low test, but more to the receptors. I think they needed time to adjust.

My current status is not great. I stopped HCG/Clomid about 1.5 month ago and my test plummeted to 5nmol/L (range is 8-29). While on HCG I had 12-13 nmol/L.
FSH and LH are higher, but not as high as I was on HCG/Clomid. It almost looks like I need my body generate LH 4 to get the testosterone within range. I am not sure if this can happen naturally over some time.

22/8/2022 (154 days after last injection)
Blood test results from 22/08/2022
I stopped HCG/Clomid 1.5 months ago.

Total Testosterone (Siemens) 5.2 nmol/L (8.3-29) (when on HCG/Clomid 12 nmol/L)
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin 16 nmol/L (11-71) (when on HCG/Clomid 13 nmol/L)
DHEAS 8.9 umol/L (3.0-10) (when on HCG/Clomid 12 nmol/L)
Calculated Free Testosterone134.8 pmol/L (255.0-725.0) (when on HCG/Clomid 346.3 pmol/L)
FSH 4 UI/L (when on HCG/Clomid 7 UI/L)
LH 1.9 UI/L (when on HCG/Clomid 3.9 UI/L)
PROG 2 nmol/L (when on HCG/Clomid 2 nmol/L)
E2(ATEL) < 70 pmol/L (when on HCG/Clomid < 70 pmol/L)
Prolactin 220 mIU/L (when on HCG/Clomid 376 mUI/L)

I was given advise to wait and see if I start recovering naturally within 3 months. If not, I will have to hop back on HCG and try another PCT.

In general, it seems that my body is working in some capacity, but my recovery to at least normal range does not look good at the moment. I will do sperm test next month.

I don't feel bad physically. I am just mentally drained to see these bad results. If I get 12nmol/L I think I would be okay, but that seems like a distance dream right now.

I would say HCG long term but the journey would certainly not be in your interest.

TRT
I am not going on TRT unless I am not able to get out of this in 2-3 years. I will be fighting it as long as i can.

HCG longer term is a solution and I will use it if nothing changes in 2-3 months. Some people recovered after longer use, so there is some hope.

Now I think I need to wait few months to see if my body starts recovering naturally. Some sources says that recover can take like 18 months. I am willing to wait.

BTW, I want to have few kinds in the next 3-4 years, hence I need to stay off.
Going through the same thing right now, i feel your pain! Been on TRT for 9 years and the wife wants to try for kids. Was already on for 1.5 years when we met. Did the semen analysis in august and had ZERO sperm. That was a kick in the sack as i've run HCG on/off the entire 9 years. Usually 250 i/u 2x a week. Only taking breaks when a source dried up or got lazy but no more than 4-6 weeks off.

Saw a reproductive urologist last week and I'll be doing a similar protocol to you in 2500 IU 3x/week HCG and 25mg clomid/day. I have some clomid on hand from a failed restart in 2020 so i'll be running 100 the first week and then 50 till i run out and use the pharmacy rx.

Absolutely stay the course if you plan on having kids. The urologist told me he's got HUNDREDS of TRT patients coming to him with infertility issues..and some in hot water as their partner was unaware of their use whether TRT or B&C. The older you are and longer you're on is the culprit and im 44 having been on since turning 36. Basically their going to keep me on this protocol until return of sperm(hopefully lol) and then we'll be freezing it and likely going the IVF route as my wife is 38.

If you are feeling like crap there is a med the dr. mentioned to me called Natesto. It's a intranasal testosterone that will not have any effect on the HPTA or your recovery. Something to talk with your PCP about if its available.

Another thing to consider is Proviron. 50-75mg a day can help with libido and helping to boost your free T in the body. The studies i've read show suppression was effected in doses of 100-150 a day. The 25-50-75 mg/day doses showed little to no effect on FSH in the body. Just something to consider if its available and affordable. Sure its a very weak steroid but having the free t boost and libido boost will give you a better overall feeling+the placebo effect usually helps me.

If you have the means and really hate how you are feeling you can always freeze sperm. Here in the US it runs about 45-60 bucks a month to do so. Get a semen analysis done and see what your total count, motility and morphology look like. If everything is well in that department you can freeze the sperm and hop back on TRT.

Just a few suggestions. Hopefully some of this was helpful. Def not a lot of fun coming off TRT. Thank god i've weaned myself down the last few weeks before i met the urologist and he gave me the bad news. Couldn't imagine stopping cold turkey after a blast or whatnot!!

Sorry for my late reply. I was away for 4 months.
Actually my sperm results in Sep 2022 were really good. So my problem was not a sperm, but low test. I did not test my testosterone since Sep 2022. I don't feel bad. I just live with whatever I have, but I think its not high. Maybe I will bounce a little back over years.

I restarted HCG after 9 months now to see if I can get more volume in my balls. Research shows that 1 year on HCG increases volume, so i will stay on it for some time.

In addition I started a little IGF-1 as research shows that it increases testicle volume.

Sex is without problems, so I stopped panicking and taking it day by day.

My Sep 2022 results (cannot complain):
Semen volume 4.5 ml (>1.5 ml)
Sperm concentration 48.1 M/ml (>15 M/ml)
Sperm Motility 44% (>32%)
Sperm Morphology 10% (>4%)

I agree with the above advise.
