pct and diet

Do you keep the same diet that you did while on a bulking cycle until done with pct? If not, how long and when do most start cutting?
 
Depends on your goals and how your body responds. If you start gaining too much fat, you know...

No, you do not keep the same diet on your pct while you did on cycle. You have to cut back. Unless of course you wanna gain alot of FAT. The same applies with weight training after your cycle is over. The biggest mistake people make is working out as many days after steroids thinking they're gonna keep all gains, it doesn't work that way. Your body needs more time to heal now that you're off. But that doesn't mean decreasing intensity. I myself prefer working out 4 days a week after cycle apposed to 6 days on cycle.
 
I was coming off the 5X5 with some good results. Put on about 25lbs (195lbs weight) or so eating 4500-5000 cals. So good idea to cut back cals to around 3500 or play it by ear? Just wondering what others do.

As far as training goes I was planning on goin back into the volume phase of 5x5 again. I read it is not good to end cycle going into volume phase of 5x5 so I figure I have about 2-3 weeks left after last dose (long lasting ester) so I will be close to the intensity phase at that time.

Any thoughts?
