Wanted to drop a note, I had a package that sat in customs for 25 days, I emailed support and asked for a reship, and no arguments or trying to justify anything, the SAME day I got an email about a new order already submitted and was processing to replace my held up order.
This is my 4th order, the rest went through no problem, but I’m glad I found a company that will stand up for their reship policy. I’ll never go anywhere else. Amazing prices too.
