There was a mistake in my last order. Disappointed at first because I didn't know what would happen when I brought it up.

I received a quick response with 24X7 owning up to it right away. Much better than the I will believe you if you take a video of opening up the package bullshit you hear from other sellers. Seriously, who the fuck would take a video of every time they open up a package?

The package gets shipped right away, I receive in less than 2 weeks, and a few extras are thrown in there. And the white glove service of 24X7 emailing to follow up to make sure package was received as expected.
