With all the worry about coronavirus(es), here is a simple ‘academic’ question:

For many years I’ve heard stories of bodybuilders having ‘raisin-sized’ testicles. Even a Urologist from Eastern Europe told me he had some patients there "shrunk to a raisin" because of AAS.

However, I’ve never found any medical articles documenting such extreme shrinkage. Yes shrinkage happens but ‘Pea’ sized ?

Here is one study showing sizes: Former Abusers of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids Exhibit Decreased Testosterone Levels and Hypogonadal Symptoms Years after Cessation: A Case-Control Study

22.3 ml Controls (never used AAS)
12.2 ml Current AAS users
17.4 ml Former users​

Normal European range: 12–30 ml [Andrology: Male reproductive health and dysfunction]

I postulate that reports of ‘pea-nuts’ are myth and/or males with microorchidism to begin with. [ Not sure of the volume of the average raisin, but a large garden pea is ~1ml ]

Anybody have ACTUAL experiences (self / ‘friend’) or know of ACTUAL medical reports of men with normal sized testicles before AAS but then got micro-nuts from steroids? If so, exactly how much gear did they take ?!?
