I love all natural peanut butter.
Smuckers .. NO hydrogenated oils but make sure you mix it good or it gets very hard .. Try the Smuckers creamy .. it stays soft .. Also try Polaner jelly and Family grain bread for PB&J sandwiches .. Bread and Jelly also have no Hydro oils or High fructose corn syrup

very popular brand in Jersey and i'm sure many other places .. Just look for natural and no bad shit added .. You can tell natural by all the oil on the top of the bottle .. you have to mix the oil in when opening it .. You also have to keep natural penute butter in fridge and others you don't .. that's because all the nasty shit in the others make it last longer .. Anything that is healthy goes bad alot faster .. The shit the food companies add make it last longer for their benefit at the cost of our health

Laura Scudder's Nutty--just pour off the excess oil and mix. It's great to controlling that late night hunger. If I'm around a Whole Food store, I'll grind my own.

You take out the oil? I like it and mix with it

Now the oil, is it good fat because im not really trying to lose any fat at the minute. Im trying to put as much mass on my frame as possibe,(mainly my legs). I wanna eat a lot of good fat cos apparently it keeps your tetosterone high.

You don't want bad fat but to get the most muscle possible Yes you need bad fat .. Well you don't need it but you have no choice when bulking ... The oil is good fat otherwise it wouldn't be oil at room temp

Many vegetable oils are liquid at room temperature yet should not be consumed.
For instance:
Safflower oil contains almost 80% omega-6. Researchers are just beginning to discover the dangers of excess omega-6 oils in the diet, whether rancid or not. Use of these oils should be strictly limited. They should never be consumed after they have been heated, as in cooking, frying or baking.

All fats need to be consumed and saturated fats wont hurt you with some moderation and need to be in the diet.

Peanuts are good but almonds are one of the best.
Almond milk is awesome, other good fats include but are not limited too:
Avacado
Olives
Extra Vergin Olive oil
Fish oils (my favorite and the best profile for Omega 3's)
Flax seed
Nuts (raw and unsalted)

Try and avoid hydrogenated oils, trans fats, and too many polyunsaturated oils.

Typical american diet has too many Omega 6 to Omega 3 fatty acids.
Sure they are called Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's) but the ratio is too high for the Omega 6's
Proper ratio is 1/1 to 1/4 of Omega 3 to Omega 6
Typical American diet is 1/10 to 1/25 3 to 6
This ratio is not good.
Adding some fish oils with your meals is a very good start and will slow down insulins responce to your meals and not only that fat loss is easier and you will have less inflammation in the body.
