Does anyone have any clue on how to get this stuff?
It's not a steroid, it's supposed to help with Tendinitis and other joint releated problems.

Do you possibly mean Adequan instead? If so, then you're wrong there, as Adequan is for cartilege help. I'd love to find what works for connective tissues, as a broken anke 18mo ago has me in pain daily.

Your only hope will be the product Cartrophen Vet. An rx is of course required, but perhaps someone knows a vet supply in Oz or Canada that would ship w/ out an rx. Cartrophen Vet & Pentosan are both pentosan polysulphate sodium. Used to treat OA (osteoarthritis) and HD (hip dysplasia) in vet medicine. It does appear to be beneficial to humans as well of course. If you can't find the pentosan, Cosequin is supposedly superior to human glucosamine/chondroiton sulfate compounds. This can be found at kvvet.com. Good luck.

I got some from tyson nicky once but didn't feel like it helped the problem any.
Now I use prednisilone from Alin and it helps quite a bit.

Its prednisone, a glucocorticoid, a catabolic steroid. Used to treat highly acute inflammatory processes, but generally not a good idea for obvious reasons.
Brand name Deltasone, Medrol in the U.S. Synthetic cortisone.

Bro, a lot of althletes use cortisone, this is not new. Its still a horrible idea for a bodybuilder to use a catabolic steroid. Over time they CAUSE joint degeneration & avascular necrosis, not to mention the huge multitude of other side effects (immunosupression, impaired cartilage healing, fat deposition, massive Na retention, etc., etc.). Use only as a last resort after all other tx modalities have failed (NSAIDs, etc.) for highly acute inflammatory processes only. Its a band aid bro, nothing more. It solves nothing in the end, quite the opposite, it is a hindrance.
