People that started AAS in their early/mid 20's. What would you do differently now?

I'm Canadian so If I understand the gear climate I will most likely be going UGL, that being said I can get my stuff tested with no risk to myself legally or otherwise so that's a big plus. Definelty won't be getting prescribed anything at the moment though lmao. So I will have to start with UGL when it is time
Lots of Canadians on here, from what I heard Pareto labs are good up there, but I have no experience with them

you are rediculous/ your weight caps off at 250 - u don’t even have a clue what u are saying man
237-245. Is that better? Am I qualified to ask questions now? And I didn't say I know I what cbum is taking, but let's not pretend the amount of gear you use to maintain an Olympia winning physique is conducive to long term health.

I have been doing a little research on sources but from my reading of some of these threads is don't ask, just be an active member and build relationships so I don't get bullied by an entire forum lmao.

It's not about making friends or asking. Just read the available source threads and determine for yourself what sources you find reliable. Some labs have developed a solid reputation for themselves over many years, some are newer and haven't had the time to develop a reputation, and some are bunk. Do your own research. Most people don't want to stick their neck out for a source publicly because no one but the source is in control of the product's quality.

Note that he competes in classic physique which has a pretty strict weight cap.
If he does only use 500mg, in my mind that's still not a "small dose" because I base a small dose off of TRT (in a bodybuilding context that's definelty on the lower end of what I have seen) for context on why I said he isn't doing it with "small" doses

Yeah but that’s his off-season or more likely cruise dose, no idea what his use is getting ready for a contest etc
He seems to be losing a lot of hair and if you see I believe his coach is his brother in law, who’s wife (Chris’s sister) was just busted for receiving mast, winny, prop, tren, oxandrolone etc. so if that’s what his sister is taking, who knows what he’s doing.

Who cares anyway - u have no clue what he takes and don’t worry -
i find what he uses interesting. I have a clue what he takes because he just said what he takes. I think people like him are inspirational in that he’s not using or admitting to using grams and grams to get or as his coach says, maintain his look...

500 is definitely a small dose in the world of bodybuilding my brother! And a perfectly reasonable cruise for a big ol’ boy like cbum, or some powerlifters, though I think some of them tend to be a little higher, but not always, keeping in mind this is just some speculation.

I guess a little bit of it will come down to what your response to androgens is as well, how easily your body can translate it into blood serum levels and such. Definitely a lot of levels to what creates what in bodybuilding. Looking forwards to learning more about it

Wait before you do this. I really imo believe blasts and cruises should be used by people who are more experienced, maybe at least in your 30s, who failed pcts. It’s a big commitment that can ruin fertility and your decision one day to be natural. What’s ur TT now? How old are you?
I agree with this statement. When I started I wasn’t smart enough or mature enough to tell.

after experiencing a few cycles and pcts that’s my opinion of what I would do different + start now instead of when I’m 20..

Hindsight is 20/20.

My intention is to give myself until I'm about 23-25. If I am still committed to the sport and still putting the discipline and work in, then at that point I'd feel comfortable. It would be around 5 years considering the decision and furthering my knowledge by that point, definelty not a decision I am taking lightly though
