I appreciate people standing up for me. This helps others that read this thread know I dont scam anyone. I'm always open to positive OR negative feedback, it helps me make things run smoother for everyone. But when you posy something like this don't exist a double your order reship. I will refund his order period. I will post when this is resolved, and continue to do business in a way that I can sleep easy at night knowing that I ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING no matter the circumstance or attitude. Again thank you EVERYONE for your support!!!!

i can understand if you are anxious to get all, and i would too, its my hard earned money we talk about.

i've submitted my experience with this lab on another thread and will repost it here to hopefully help out some members:

Hey I've been researching and looking for a new source on this site for a couple of months now. Thought PEP looked encouraging and made an order two weeks ago. I paid the $15 shipping charge and still havent received my product or tracking number. This if fucked This site is supposed to be to protect each other against scammers. Everyone who is posting problems about PEP is getting flamed and told "you'll be taken care of" or "just wait", just wait?! PEP isnt the only one with a wife and life outside of this shit, he is trying to make money with referalls though, which is why the "reps" suggestion that we all be patient is laughable, PEP hasnt shown up and his rep doesn't have a fucking clue obviously. And for some reason the community is OK with this? There is another thread where the guy hasnt got his product or a refund because he posted "PEP SCAM" as a thread title. Is this business? Complain that your 2 day express shipping still hasnt been shipped in a 2 weeks and the source takes his ball and goes home? And apparently there is a problem with tracking at their POST OFFICE (or so they say), does anyone really believe that every order is getting shipped through the same office? somehow all the P.O.'s are fucked at the same time so NOONE is getting tracking numbers? I was wary of a source with a site and this proves why. There is nothing on this source past two months ago anywhere and all of a sudden his is on every cycle, underground thread there is? I know you little dick riders gonna chime in with "SHOULNDT HAVE ORDERED BRO, JUST BE PATIENT, IT WILL ALL WORK OUT IN THE END", but if we admit that there are a ton of UGLs out there why would we tolerate this shit? I'm calling SCAMMER on this motherfucker right now, i know i aint getting my money back because they told me they shipped it weeks ago and i'm domestic, glad i paid 15 for express. I've had nothing but GREAT experiences with PEP. On the other hand, guys have the right to speak up when they don't get their gear. If someone pays $15 for overnight shipping and weeks go by, THEY CAN COMPLAIN! I don't think I would call it a scam but "you'll be taken care of" isn't comforting for some of these guys who haven't had great service from PEP in the past. I am 100% certain you will be taken care of based on my past experiences. All in all, negative reviews shouldn't be flamed just because YOU got YOUR shit. Anyone ever heard of selective scammers? I'm not saying PEP is a scammer or that he's in the wrong. I just think negative reviews should be welcome as well. Everyone needs to stop being so emotional over this shit. Good sources make mistakes sometimes. If I was on the receiving end of the mistake, without any clear answers, I would be upset too. Just my .02.

THANK YOU nice to have a vet get behind the community and not bash them. I went through this same shit with alinshop back in the day and it was the same thing, Alin took care of all the vets posting their cycles and with free give aways, then when orders started rolling in he just ripped people off half the time. Maybe that's what is happening here. Community doesn't seem to be taking these complaints seriously and kinda wierd that this lab would come out of nowhere like the second messiah with everyone hailing their customer service and now PEP is MIA and his rep just keeps feeding the "You'll get taken care of don't worry". I spent over 500 dollars what the fuck you mean don't worry?!?!

where are all the vets at? No offense to the other members but anyone who is promoting this lab that has only been a member on this board AFTER PEP started his account doesn't ease my fears of being ripped off. Please give input, but i noticed most of these guys that are saying they got their stuff are VERY NEW members, just like all the guys in the cycle logs.

Maybe if you set some clear expectations with him he will calm down. After all, you guys do have his money. He doesn't deserve the "life out of meso" line. You guy have his money and he has a life outside of meso. He shouldn't have to come here looking to get your attention with multiple posts. Fill him in on what's going on, make good on his order, and move on. I was into PEP when gotPEP was handling stuff. You don't seem like much of an asset to his company with your condescending attitude and snide remarks. This site is about the members. Don't forget that. I won't do business with PEP anymore after seeing how these problems are addressed. These guys have been ridiculed and treated like shit since they stated that they didn't receive their orders.
