PEP's Test e, 1st cycle ever.

weight is 208 today. I feel a little bloated from eating big this week, between 4k and 5k calories which has required a little poor quality calories, I've been really active though so I needed it. I'm hoping the epi will kick in more soon and help with the extra water I'm holding.
 
blood pressure was a little higher than I'd like, 140/90. I ordered a hawthorn berry bp supplement, hopefully it'll take the edge off, get it down closer to where it should be.
still eating 4k plus calories, sure is getting easy, at first it was a lot of work to eat over 3500.
 
wife said I was getting a little chunky last week, waist measurement of almost 37" backs her observation :) so I've decided to recomp/cut for the next month, I'm not really gaining any size according to the tape measure anyway. hopefully trimming now and again a month or so after pct reveals some descent physique changes. when I start pct I'll up my calories a bit again for a while....
not much to report, diet has been a little poor sense lowering calories last week, I NEED to get it in check, up my protein a little, I've been getting close to 200grams/day but just barely, I need to be more in the 225-250 range I think.
weight is 205.
I put a big fat screw driver though my finger so my workouts have been a little on the poor side, my finger is starting to feel better though, hoping for solid workouts this week. I'm proud to say that I took zero pain killers to cope, sucked but was a must with the epistane IMO.
joints feel pretty dry during workouts this week.
my blood pressure and pulse are improved sense starting my bp supplement.
this morning after a coffee it was 135/74 and 132/82 with a pulse of 56 and 64. I can live with these numbers.

I forgot to mention that I tried an injection without cutting with grape seed oil, ouch, pretty nasty pip! lets just say that I'll continue cutting this gear and if you're using it you should do the same!
also, I've been getting some minor back pumps yesterday and today from the the epi, not too bad yet.
I've been a little lethargic the last few days, could just be a coincidence though and not related to the epi.

estro sides have been a little more noticeable lately, strange because epistane is supposed to combat that. maybe its because I had to shuffle my injections a little two out of the last three injections. I was a day late twice.
I started taking 25mg of dhea yesterday to see if it would help with the lethargy, it was like an off switch, lethargy is much better, it worked so well that I'm wondering if it was just a coincidence......
had a great leg workout today. I didn't go super heavy but for squats I did two sets of 12 with 225lbs, two sets of 12 with 275lbs and finished up with a set of 25 with 225. been having good workouts overall lately.

cycle and pct are all done. cycle finished two + months ago and pct a few weeks ago.
its been pretty depressing, about two weeks into pct my work schedule got crazy, workouts and adequate calories went completely out the door.
at the start of PCT I was 215, the EPI really made me grow towards the end.
Now I'm 194 and not as lean....
I knew it would be a challenge to keep my nutrition and workout routing solid through the buisy summer months but this year was much worse time wise that expected.
Lebido felt pretty dismal till recently, the last week its been pretty good finally. I got my post PCT blood labs done yesterday.
RBC high 6.1 (4.14-5.8)
Hematocrit high 52.2 (37.5-51)
RDW high 18.2 (12.3-15.4)
BUN high 25 (6-20)
Creatinine, Serum high 1.32 (.76-1.27)
AST (SGOT) high 56 (0-40)
ALT (SGPT) high 87 (0-44)
Testosterone, Serum 474 (it was 594 prior to this cycle)
LH 3.9 (1.7-8.6)
FSH 2.9 (1.5-12.4)
Estradiol 22.3 (7.6-42.6)

from the little I understand I'm a little surprised that my RBC is still high, I assumed that woud go down quicker. I'm going to donate blood today.
I'm also a little alarmed that the AST and ALT are still high. I wish I had gotten a set of labs before pct just so I knew how high they were as to know if they were getting closer to normal or staying about the same. I know they're not that high but it still bothers me that there not back to normal. I think I'll avoid orals from now on.
Test levels don't surprise me, but again, I don't really know how long things can take to rebound.

so to sum it up, depressing first cycle, no ones fault but my own. well maybe its PEP's fault too :), cocksucker!

frankly, I'm embarrased to go to they gym, I was getting so many comments about how big I was and now I'm almost the same size I was before. my arms have lost an inch, other body parts about the same. I've kept a little size through the chest and shoulders but not much. shoulders and arms looked great at the end of the cycle, now they look pathetic.

I'm hoping to try ASTROS gear next but I know he's a busy guy an really tough to get in with. my hope is to get everything together in the next few weeks and start next month on a Test & NPP cycle or Test & EQ cycle. from the end of summer through winter I have plenty of time for the gym and I'm hoping/assuming that I'll be able to mainstain the gains for 4-6 months, long enough to not atrophy when I get buisy again.
 
I was supposed to donate blood this morning, thy said my iron was high so I couldn't.... she said it could just be that I hadn't drank enough water, which would make sense, I hadn't had any water sense the night before.
anyone ever have this happen?
