I have an autoimmune disease which worsens nutrient absorption. Are there any peptides which help with better food digestion/inflammation? I was thinking of using bpc157. I also heard that nandrolone helps with inflammation, but dont know mich about it.

A true nutrient deficiency generally causes weight loss, not weight gain.

Alrighrt, so your gut lining is damaged, ie. colitis. You don't fix this just by throwing a random peptide at it. You go at it more systematically and methodically; remove the offending food triggers, fix enzyme deficiencys, etc. and then add something in that has has the potential to treat the gut, which can/should be via modifications in food intake, ie. increase butyrate production (microbiome modification/management via food and supplements), increase glutamine and collagen consumption, add supplements like zinc carnosine and at the same time add in something to help with inflammation (mesalazine, bpc, etc.), and there is a lot of potential pharmaceuticals and OTC's which can help you with that.

When you're dealing with anything health related, you always gotta look at the big picture, especially when dealing with gut issues.
