I used to inject the GHK-CU too, but now for deeper penetration I just mix the raws in my DMSO/urea solution. So far I like it way more than injections. The GHK-CU + HA serum is just used as a moisturizer.

Everyone always talks about injecting this.
But I did read a study about its efficacy as a topical treatment.
Tbh, I would prefer it.

Most commonly it's 5-10mg daily, or 10-20mg every other day, as tolerated. The "normal" acne treatment dose is 1mg/kg daily by comparison. I used 160mg/day for several months during my "full course" acne "cure".

I'll add that one reason this is kept hushed up despite extraordinary effectiveness and a solid safety profile, are the horrific birth defects if a woman uses isotretinoin while (usually unknowingly) pregnant. Any female going in accutane has to sign a government. pledge, go on birth control, get routine pregnancy tests etc.

This is purely the result of having an excess of this form of vitamin A(that's what it is) in the system during fetal development, not some lasting toxic effect, and the risk is entirely gone within 60 days of stopping.

But obviously, this isn't something the authorities wish to see be used for something as "frivolous" as skin enhancement, given what could happen to a developing fetus.

Saw a massive reduction in my keratosis pilaris that I've had since youth.

Snap8 has been more effective for myself mixed ( only .5 bac added ) into existing 30ml bottle of cream or serum. Combo with matrixyl, HA, ghkcu etc ( avoid vit c ). Ghkcu injectable and topical has been helpful. Pdrn, exosomes also solid options.
