Peptide vials of SLU-PP-332

Has anyone tried the 5mg or 10mg of SLU-PP-333 that comes in the peptide vials sold by these Chinese vendors? Is it as simple as reconstituting it with bac? Can’t seem to find any information on these injectable SLU-PP-332 to all?

I've heard that most vendors put an additive in the powder to make it dissolve in BAC water. I would like to know how well it works though, as there's a bunch of vendors that only stock injectable but not oral SLU. Also, since it's better to take high doses for proper results you would have to inject an entire vial to get 5mg a day...

That’s the confusing part hey, you would think that the peptide version is so sort different where you require less dosage compared to the oral. Essentially like injectable L carnitine versus oral.

Sucks there’s hardly any information out there about injectable slu or people trying it. Would assume 250mcg injected will be stronger than 250mcg oral as it goes straight into the blood stream.

What I heard on some bodybuilding podcasts like Unwracked is that oral SLU is like 60-80% bioavailable which would mean that 5mg injectable would be about as good as 8mg oral. Not worth it to me considering you would have to pin a whole vial per day. Plus it would cost like 10$ per day lmao, get the fuck outta here.

Theoretically speaking, there is more data on the injection because that's how it was done in the studies in mice.

There were a couple of them, it was 30mg/kg in one study and 50mg/kg in the other. But mice dosing isn't the same as human dosing.

The formula according to the FDA to convert between species is:

HED (mg/kg) = Animal Dose (mg/kg) * (Animal K_m / Human K_m)

So long story short, for SLU the mice to human conversion would be:

Average Mouse 80 kg Human (176 lbs in Freedom Units)
50kg/mg295.2 mg
30kg/mg176.8 mg

The only problem left here is that often these studies (especially the early ones like these) are done in mice to see what the maximum dose is without them dying. So this is all far from optimal and from what I've read in reports so far, way too high. Also, it was only done for like 10 days I believe.

Appreciate the share @gainslol. Does the study show if they used bac water? Is it safe to say we can use bac water if vendors are selling it in peptide vials?

If you buy lyophilized SLU, and it disolves in BAC water, then it's not SLU.

SLU is not water soluble at all.

The only two viable options for injectable SLU either require DMSO (which is straight garbage you don't want to inject) or a pure peg/PG solution, and even then it's limited to very low concentrations.

Don't waste your time with it.

just take it orally. there is slu-pp-915 which was made to have higher oral availability compared to 332 but its new and raws are super expensive. iirc somewhere around $11k for 100G, more than 10x the price of 332 raws. 332 oral works fine for me, i'd rather take more oral than less injectable and having to use dmso

My bad, should have linked the study (I agree with @BigTomJ though, I wouldn't inject this) :

Three-month-old C57Bl6/J male mice (n = 3) were injected (i.p.) at ZT 1 with 30 mg/kg of SLU-PP-332 (5% Tween–5% DMSO–90% PBS).
