Theoretically speaking, there is more data on the injection because that's how it was done in the studies in mice.
There were a couple of them, it was
30mg/kg in one study and
50mg/kg in the other. But mice dosing isn't the same as human dosing.
The formula according to the FDA to convert between species is:
HED (mg/kg) = Animal Dose (mg/kg) * (Animal K_m / Human K_m)
So long story short, for SLU the mice to human conversion would be:

The only problem left here is that often these studies (especially the early ones like these) are done in mice to see what the
maximum dose is without them dying. So this is all far from optimal and from what I've read in reports so far, way too high. Also, it was only done for like 10 days I believe.
