Peptides for healing injuries

What's up guys, looking for the drug gurus to guide me down the path of health and healing. Recently strained my pec minor and have had pain in my left knee when bearing weight. Neither are too serious but it's definitely limiting me in the gym. I was told TB500 could help me heal faster but my knowledge of peptides is severely slacking. I don't want to use too many peptides so what would be the safest (least amount of negative side effects) stack and protocol?
Any help is appreciated, thanks guys

Ditto for me, as I have had a knee injury recently and need a boost in getting it healed so that I can squat pain free again

Best protocol with TB500 is 2mg subQ every 3 days for 6 weeks followed by one vial a week for maintainence.

Best BPC157 protocol is 250mcg everyday injected directly into the point of injury with an insulin pin.

Their is a discount code available from a source if you need one

Wo KNOWING your specific diagnosis how would you compare successful therapy with a PEP to that of rehab?

Of course another factor to consider is insurance pays for rehab while they don't for any PEPs I'm aware of

As far as rehab goes the consensus is to rest and let my body heal itself. I'm trying to minimize the rest time. I'm a licensed massage therapist so my knowledge is quite extensive and I've consulted my friends in the health industry

Well I hope none of your friends in the health care industry suggested PEPs would expedite the natural healing process bc next to NOTHING has been shown to do that, but you can spend literally thousands on junk that doesn't do squat but line the pockets of those selling cure all fountain of youth remedies

Haven't pulled the trigger on anything but the deep tissue massages seem to be working

Most likely it's just muscle attachment issues. Once the adhesions are releases the pain in my joints are lessening. Massage therapy FTW

Based upon your concern the causation is something as elusive as muscle attachment issues, I suppose it's fair to say a formal diagnosis has not been rendered to date!

Hey doc, question. I have a "slight"petrusion in a disc in my lower back, its bad enough I don't dead lift at all anymore bc of the pain. I know its not going to heal, but is there anything I could use to help get me by so I can get back on track in the gym? I already take 3000mg o tramadol a day and I don't want to go the narco route so I'm curious if there's any relief to be found with any peps or related drugs. And anyone feel free to chime in. I'm a complete peptide virgin so I'm still kinda in the dark about a lot of the uses and effects of them. Thanks.

I used BPC-157 with TB500. I stopped the TB after a week because I read studies indicating it could promote cancer. I don't remember where I found them but there are quite a few on the internet that are peer-reviewed in nature. In 4 weeks, taking BPC 157 (site specific injection) seemed to heal me. This was about 6 months ago. I went to the doctor and told him my shoulder/pec symptoms and he diagnosed a subscapularis tear but cautioned to wait for the results of the MRI. I had some "subluxation" of the rotator cuff according to the specialist that performed the MRI, requiring surgery. What pissed me off is that I explained to the initial doctor that I had a small bruise at the top of my arm that expanded after a few days. This indicated a pec tear as the insertion is at the upper arm. The initial doctor never ordered an MRI on that spot but the specialist said it sounded more like a pec tear. Regardless, I took the BPC-157 and sure enough after 4-6 weeks I could Dumbbell Bench Press 125s for reps, which was almost where I was at prior to the occurrence. I honestly forget what the dosage protocol was but I alternated sites. I did medial delt, Upper pec, and upper bicep. There are some who say a simple sub-q injection will suffice but others have stated cite-specific is the way to go. It really doesn't matter either way in regards to convenience so I just injected into the aforementioned spaces. I was also on a MOD GRF 1-29/GHRP-2 cycle.

What is the BPC-157? A peptide obviously but what is it, how does it affect the body? Any info is greatly appreciated. It does sound worth looking into.

It is most effective post surgery. Allegedly it speeds the healing process up. Just search google and look for as many clinical studies as possible. Do the same for TB500.

Your best bet is to rest and try to decompress your spine as much as possible. When your pain starts to subside start incorporating body weight exercises to strengthen your core. I used Teeter Hang Ups for my herniated L4-L5 and the pain subsided fairly quickly. No mess at all
