Good Progress! Yeah you must start the Accutane as fast as possible. When you little prone to Acne, I can tell you that on Masteron you will Break out. You must have a good dose in and wait till its gone. Than start the Masteron. But Liver on 60 mg is Little harsh so better no Orals. You know it better than me i think. When down the other 5 kg, you will see the Masteron shine. But better do a Reverse Diet after cutting.

im around 3-4 weeks on accutane already. mast made my bacne bad last year. i hipe that with accutane it wont happen again.
tho i dont like combating side effects of drug i wanna take with different drug...
will see, hopefully it will help.

im but affraid of sides from 60mg accutane.
liver on 40 was clean, you can check bloodwork. im not affraid of that. var didnt touch my liver either, even after heavy use. everything was low.

after cut i plan to refill for one weekend, mid march i have booked trip to wellness hotel with my girl. i plan to look full, lean, vascular and tanned there after that i will see if i need to push another 3-4 week block of diet or i can slowly reverse into growing.

that will be THE hard part i think. i wiill
keep tirz in so i hopefully wont binge and can keep eating clean or rather low fat stuff.
with this approach i could add some lean body mass without much fat gain. will see if i will be able to handle it.

small update today. very stressfull monday at work, had about 70g of uncooked rice and 250g of chicken preworkout with one glass of orange juice. i trained with friend, powerlifter, after long time. met another friend, ex powerlifter in gym. 3 idiots in one place i had bit too hardcore workout, killed myself basicly. good piush.

it was quite the time sice ive trained with enhanced friends, last 2 months or so im doin coach to my girl and its different.

anyway, i snapped one photo from home before gym, 2 after trainin. finally i like what i see in mirror. abs are comming out but separations are missing so far. from wednesday i will go
back to my protein style diet and try to cut again.

I was diagnosed with CKD stage three a and the nephrologist put me on jardiance and all my kidney numbers have improved significantly, yes it does control glucose but it also helps the kidneys

I know this is kinda old, but I'm curious since my egfr is in the tank right now. I'm thinking the creatine supplementation is hurting it, and I am making an appointment with a nephrologist Monday. I have some jardiance, but haven't taken it yet because I was hoping the astragalus would bring it up. I went from a 63 eGFR to a 51 eGFR in 6 months, with my creatinine at 1.66. I was taking creatine, and stopped it 2 days before the test which wasn't enough time for it to clear. Astragalus at 4k mg did absolutely nothing for me. I'm hoping the nephrologist will give me a cystatin c test, but I'm not holding a ton of muscle right now, I'm about 205 but very lean. How much did the jardiance help? I'm debating on going ahead and starting it before I go to the nephrologist.

It’s helped tremendously, all my kidney numbers have improved, and continue to improve, Astagulus did absolutely nothing for me , and I tried large doses of different types of Astragulus , but Jardiance is a game changer imo, the nephrologist is the one who put me on the jardiance, now my pcp handles all my refills .

Thank you for your reply. If you don't mind, what was your starting egfr? What is it now?
