I feel that
ive been listeting to lot of podcasts, i like think big bodybuilding snd unwrecked podcasts.
this guy, andrew berry talks a lot about contest prep and diet phases, lot of good info from it.
he talked about how its always push phase then slowing the process down and repeat. meaning that brutal push phases during cut cant be sustained for whole duration, its about tricking the body and it actually make sense.
even if i would stop for now, i think i can be happy with my progress. in 6 weeks or so i went from 20+ BF% to close to 10% i think.
(veins on abs, arms, legs, first few on chest, lats, traps...) and thats without any sort of cardio or increased activity level. just brutal kcal deficit and hard training 5x per week.
i maintained my strenght so far, except for strenght from anadrol but that wasnt mine. same weights feels much heavier and i do fewer reps on certain excercises but i fight every single workout to keep as much as possible.
