My best guess at the etiology of PFS is an over expression of androgen receptors. Guys who have been on Propecia for a year's time, suddenly come off and the body becomes flooded with DHT, testosterone. Body can't cope and the receptors permanently shut down. At least that's how it seemed to happen for me. Felt like a freaking porn star after cessation. Multiple wet dreams per night, crazy erections. Less than a week later everything just shut down, entire endocrine system crash. No response from any amount of hormone since.

So what if you were already shut down coming off and taking artificial test?

stopped propecia for 2 weeks and it was the first time I ever seen major body acne on me and I lost my temple points In 2 weeks.

no just the acne and hairloss . I hopped back on it . I was just loosing hair way to fast . Facial hair thickened up a bit .

I think my next avenue of treatment will be massive doses of masteron. Not really expecting improvement as I've been on Proviron before with no effect. Could have been bunk though. I'll try Masteron Enanthate. Who knows maybe it'll work. DHT is what Propecia suppresses, which is responsible for everything male so it makes sense to try.

You would have to use high doses of Proviron to reverse an effect like that. Plus there is question as to how much is actually absorbed with that oral compound in particular. Some say the bioavailability is so low that it is insignificant in most individuals. Masteron would be the way to go.
