I've been hearing some people say that test from the pharmacy is significantly better than UGL. I've never tried it. But if you made your own test from 99% pure raws and dosed it 10% over, why would pharma test be better?

With pharma you know what you are getting and that’s clean properly dosed gear every time. If you have a source that meets those standards or you yourself can then I don’t see how it can any better.
Pharma is not better. The people that say that are crazy and perpetuating the myth from back before good quality lab-tested gear was readily available.
Test is Test. Deca is deca. There’s no difference as long as the dose and compound is the same.

Of course there’s always a risk with UGLs but I think the fakes are more the exception rather than the rule. My only concerns with UGLs are having sterile gear and the hormone being properly dosed. If I had the option of getting pharma every time at a reasonable price then I would get pharma but I don’t foresee me ever having that option.

If the doses are the same, I just don't see how the product could be different.
Outside of dose, what else could be a differentiating factor? Pharma environment vs say a kitchen?

As far as effects if it’s dosed properly there’s no difference. I have heard about some ug stuff being contaminated with heavy metals but I don’t know too much about it.

Dosage being equal, the only potential difference is the carrier oil and the amounts of ba/bb. All of which could be matched exactly to what pharma uses.
@janoshik let me ask this. If someone sent you two samples, one pharma, one UGL and went out of their way to replicate pharma with the same dosage, oil, ba and bb, would you be able to say without a doubt which one is which using your fancy pants machines?
pharmacokinetics is a science and it is not enough just to mix the active principle to have a final product equivalent to pharma already the galenic form is composed of the active principle and the excipient which are associated to make the product assimilable so it is not enough to put just anything
