Side raises
Dumbell curls
Rear delt flys
Hammer curls

4sets of 10 reps each.

Fasted cardio on stairmaster for 250 cal

Night workout chest

Bench press
315x 8,8,8,8

Incline press
225x 9,9,9,9

Fly from upper, mid and low positions cables
4 sets 10 reps each

Close dumbbell press

Flat dumbell flys

Also to answer your question there is a 15 minute editing window on everything your post.
Once you miss it only Millard can help you edit or delete it.

Thanks! Mostly just trying to lean out and preserve my strength and mass this cycle.

Yeah I learned about the editing through trial and error lol.. It gave me a warning one of the times.

so do you do 2 a days? If so, do you recommend them? I'm looking to do a test only cycle in the future, would you recommend that I do 2 a days? Or is it just cause you're on tren?

Yeah I do a few 2 a days.. But the morning workout is normally just accessory work.. Like curls, flys and stuff like that. It's been working well for me cuz my recovery time has been good. If yours is too I don't see any reason not to. Just listen to your body!
 
Update, been busy but still hitting the gym and doing cardio, 209 now and a physique update.. Relaxed morning photo. Tren @ 150mg eod. Been getting good sleep surprisingly. Ive been so exhausted everyday not even tren can wake me up.

Upped tren to 175... Endurance really sucked.. Backed down to 150..will probably stay here

Sleep is good due to extreme exhaustion lol.. I stopped napping completely so I can ko easy at night... Not even using any sleep aids

Strength is shooting back up! Did a fasted chest day and managed 315x5, 365x5 and 365x4 on bench... 100lb dumbbells feeling really light on incline after too

Unfortunately my back has been feeling really bad.. So no more dl and squats for a bit... But I was hitting triples of 495 on dead for 4 sets.. Squats were really hindered from back pain.. But 405x8 fur 3 sets was possible... Last cycle I managed 405x10 for 4 sets.. This back pain is a major setback

Dropped my carbs down... Been getting some bicep tendon pain now.. So I'm more than likely gonna take it easy for a week and go 50% intensity...

Using Aps white lightening in the morning for sweats... And Aps mesomorph at night for pumps

Getting asked frequently from people at the gym how I've gotten my delts to grow so much in a short amount of time lol

Cutting carbs and upping cardio putting in work.. 208 flat today after fasted cardio

Gonna take the day off of lifting get in a full 8 hours of sleep for a change
 
Legs look a little behind (size, not definition) from upper body but other than that everything looks like it's coming together good. Great job bro. Keep it up

I agree, as order posts mentioned I haven't been having the best times with tendons and lower back.. It's made doing extensions and squats incredibly difficult.. My legs have shrank this cycle as opposed to my previous... Leg day is generally my favorite and my heart is broke that I've had to nearly stop

I started this cycle squatting 405x10 for 4 sets.. Back problems started kicking in around the same time as tendons... Dropped to 7-8 rep sets.. Then I just couldn't take the pain anymore.. It's affectingmy everyday life and even bending to put my pants om can aggravate the pain now

But besides that... Thank you for the compliment!! I'm really starting to feel the tren and excited for the results coming

I feel your pain bro. Leg day was my favorite until my wreck. Squatting 505x10-12 and Leg presses 810x12 for 4-5 sets. Couldn't fit jeans, only sweat pants. It was awesome. Now can't do squats cause flexibility but I do leg presses for 450. Could go more but just don't feel comfortable knowing plates and screws in my legs. Anyways good luck with that tren. It's truly a game changer.

Damn!! You had some beastly legs!!! Just happy I didn't push my luck too far... Will just have to deal with set back and make due! Gonna continue with some lightweight extensions, light leg press, hammie curls and the other accessory machines and just try to preserve what's left

The farther in the game you get, the greater the consequences! I will admit my ego can get the best of me (which is why I tried fighting through the pain lol) .. But definitely need to start listening to my body better do this doesn't happen again
