I also starred doing squats again.. 405x8,7,7
Sad rep count.. But happy time squat again..just need to be patient!
Bench is going back up even in this deficit.. 365x5,5,4
I had some bicep tendon issues that made doing the negatives a little painful.. If its not 1 issue its another lol
Been taking this cut nice and slow to retain strength.. But I think it's time to say fuck and shred up faster
