Verisign requires "verification" by phone. Google "Verisign". Its an anti fraud system that is used by many an online vendor. You will choose the time of day you wish to field a call from verisign that is needed to complete the necessary requirements to have your request to pay for your order approved. I chose between 7-11am because I enjoy sleeping in yet I'm just as likely to attack the day(Carpe Diem) being the ambitious predator that I am.

They have a website AND can contact prospective consumers by EMAIL!
