the right address now is basicstero.ws, however, if you enter basicstero.com you will be redirected to basicstero.ws. It`s not scamming, its normal.

Everything works fine. If you can`t login, just use the contacts page on site or PM me your login and we reset password. Reset button should also work fine, if you forgot password.

Regarding EU warehouse.
Here is the situation. We used tracking numbers, which, as it turned out later, do not show complete status state. It turned out that USPS does not have an agreement with the service we used. For this reason tracking number showed the status only before packages crossed the US border. After this status never updated. Packages were processed and delivered almost in all cases, there was just no status update on USPS site.
After we discovered this issue, we changed the way we ship. Now new service and other tracking numbers are used. They work fine and we have never had any seizures from EU warehouse. I am speaking about the USA specifically. Customers from regions close to Chicago and LA will be safe ordering from EU-based warehouse. International orders from China may be seized in these regions.
