Is there anyway for one of the reps here to look into my package? Just slightly worried as the tracking hasn’t updated. Have literally ordered from you guys so many times in the past without issue but now the one time I’m on prep for a National show and absolutely need my package to be here on time I’m now having doubts that it’s gonna be here and mess up the 1000s of dollars I already blew on this prep. (Mind you orders have never taken longer than 12-13 days even on the old Chinese international store and I gave myself 17 days in advanced this time and there is still some time left but ugh)

Dom T/A is very short.
W1 is typical from region.
W2 is at least double W1 in my experience, maybe even a little longer (for sure would need more than 17 days advanced).
IF you have tracking, you should be able see if/when the source sent out the pack and if it was sent then the customer are source are no longer in control -- the issue/delay is now with the postal service.

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.
Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.
The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.
NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

Yeah it’s from W1 and normally after it’s shipped off it usually gets to the states within 3-4 days. Almost at 6 now and tracking hasn’t updated.(and they could very well just be behind updating it) Normally I don’t care during offseason but this was just a crucial last minute thing to add a few weeks out (Halotestin) so scared it won’t show in time. W1 has never taken me more than 12 days(and as fast as 7) so felt like 17 would have been enough. Just trying to decide if to wait it out (still have until Saturday until I need it) or blow more money and order another pack domestic which still may not get here by Saturday.
As RThoads said don’t know if it’s out of your guys hands since it says in transit but just never took that long to update after that point.
yes, if it is in transit then it has been sent by the source and is now in the possession of the postal service.
That is like if you or I sent someone a pack or even a letter, once we mailed it out, the postal service has it and we have no way to influence them.
Feel free to PM me and state the exact step what it says on tracking and I can give you my opinion of whats going on with it, if you are comfortable with that (it is still anonymous, no location just the step such as "origin post is preparing shipment" or "processed through ISC" etc).
