Been a customer of Basicstero for over 7 years now. Recently placed an order. Just the usuals - some oils and and AI & T3 tabs. Every time I've placed an order like this previously - Basicstero has separated the oils and the orals into separate packages and I get two tracking #'s.
This made a lot of sense to me, as a package containing both oils and orals is much more likely to be flagged at customs. So, they separate them into separate packages. This, combined with the fact they disguise the items as something else, has been highly successful for me in avoiding seizures over the 5 dozen orders or so I've placed.
On the most recent order, however, they've abandoned this and are now shipping everything together in one package. I called them out on this, mentioning all of the above, and all I get as a generic reply is "multiple orders must be placed if you want them to be shipped in more than one package".
The reason I bring this up is because seizure rates have increased greatly - I have had more seizures in the last year than the last 6 combined! Anything you can do to minimize seizures helps!
At least tell the user that they must place multiple orders for multiple packages on the confirmation screen. Because it's mentioned nowhere in the order confirmation or FAQ. Better yet, offer the user the option to split oils and orals up for an added fee! You already do this with shipping the original packaging, so it would be simple to add...

cant believe pharmacom still puts that toxic poison EO into there oils... its well known that it causes all types of systemic inflammation that you can clearly see on blood work
do you not care about your customers? stop using EO
all you need is a good clean carrier oil like MCT... thats why most sources stopped and dont use EO anymore... you need to get it together people aren't stupid anymore

Wow so seizures are starting to increase ? Once this starts it’s a huge problem because the sender gets flagged, not the address it goes too… big problem if this is the case

I've tried many brands, but Pharmacom is better tolerated than most others.
It's hard to talk about the harm of oleate when you use strong anabolic steroids. They are definitely useful...

In regards to splitting orders into multiple packs, my experience has been around 24 to 30 (approximately, it all depends of the individual packer, sometimes a little more or a little less) vials is usually the most that will fit into one pack.
The orders I've had that are larger that that have always been split. I try not to order more than what required two packs because I don't want too many packs coming at once.
I have tried to figure out the exact number so I can maximize just two packs for an order, but it does not seems specific -- I have received packs as small as 10 vials and as large as high 20s or maybe even nearly 30 in one pack.
On average, it seems like most of the warehouse packers put around 24 to 30 in one pack max and then split the remainder to another pack if there is more than that.
If I remember correctly, 24 per pack seems like the most common situation.
As you mentioned, we can force a specific number of items per pack by placing them in separate orders.
I just never thought about doing that because i was being cheep and didn't wanted to pay for another shipping; but that makes sense and I way I can control exactly what goes into a pack -- I guess 20 bucks really doesn't matter and I won;t even make a difference in my life it in the big scheme of things if it means I can make sure I get what I want and I'm safe.

I have not heard anything yet from the source about an increase in seizures. So far, to the best of my knowledge, everything is same as usual going well with only a very small % of orders that gets seized, typical for how its been the past few recent years.
In regards to this topic, please see the related discussions I linked to in my post quoted below; there are some potentially concerning changes coming to customs inspection. I don't know if it is true or just speculations but the possibility of stricter inspection has me a little worried.
Only time will tell if there is anything that effects all of us.

For now this is all I know about the situation and it is not something any of us can control. I hope some new companies start up to fulfill the demand.
There is a lot of demand so there should still be motivation for other entrepreneurs to provide supply in the future.

lol no, no new raise recently, but again I appreciate the kind words.
Pharmacom Labs has always been very loyal towards me and helped me greatly years ago when I was in need (when no one else, not even people I helped in person, people that owed me money from when I helped them, nor even immediate family, would help me -- Pharmacom Labs cared and helped me get through a difficult time).
Also, I did get raises over the years, management has always treated me with respect, and expressed appreciation.
Overall, I am grateful for this experience, the opportunity to help people, and the friendships I have made.

I've been made aware of concerns regarding EO and I care; as I have told others, I hope to compile information about these concerns and then present them to the source for serious consideration if/when things are going well and there is less stress for the business.
With that said, please share a link to any peer-reviewed studies you know of that demonstrate this adverse reaction to EO.
I will save the studies and include them to present when there is good time for the source to be receptive hearing ideas about significant changes such as considering a new carrier formulation.
