Just a note for those overly concerned about tracking and shipping.

A friend of mine recently received a package from Frank that USPS never recorded in their system as having gone through any of the steps.

This is likely do to all of the parcels being handled around Christmas. My point being do not panic on shipping. If you ordered a package and received an email saying it was shipped you will get it.

That's very strange. I think this is the first I've heard of a shipping problem from Frank. Something must have gotten mixed up or forgot about. I'm sure he will make it right for you though.

i just checked your order and corresponence. your order was placed on 28th of November. we handed it over to postal service on 4th of december. custom clearance took long and info appeared in the system only on 9th of november. but this is a situation, which does not depend on us, all postal services and customs are overloaded now. unfortunately we can not speed it up.
that reply which you quoted was a mix up. you received this reply today already several days after tracking number was uploaded into the system and info appered there, thus, it is impossible that it is not shipped yet, cause info was in the system already at 9th.
p.s. its only very common information, i think it does not offer any risk for recipient. just wanted to explain this. its a mix up in reply. sorry for inconvenience.

I agree, I ordered a week before thanksgiving, tracking worked all the way to LA then next think I know about 4-7 days later it was at my door. I was very impressed with how fast it arrived about 16 day international (from payment date). I'm not a vet at this, but to me that seems quite fast. Very pleased with franks communicationn usually between 12-36 hours you will have a reply. If not in that time frame from what I have read or experienced is bc he had ran a special and was bombarded with 1 million emails at once. Thanks for the hard work and being on top of it @pharmacomlabs
