@readalot I have some replies for you about the new Pharmacom Labs liquid GH product.


Regarding PEGylation:
this product does not use PEGylation.
This is not long-acting PEGylated version of GH, that active agent is regular hGH. Maybe in the future Pharmacom Labs can develop a long-acting PEG version, but such as version is not available at this time.
This new liquid GH product is regular hGH.

Regarding potential excipients:
The company wants to have a unique offering in the market, and, as such, prefers to keep proprietary formulation details private to avoid competitors copying the product.

Regarding stability:
3rd-party analysis for purity and dimer after extensive transit will demonstrate that the product is stable and can endure reasonable transit and storage. Analysis results are coming soon.

I have been talking to him everyday in PMs.

First, I asked him to contact Basicstero customer service directly so he may show them an unpacking video.
We are currently waiting for their reply.
I want to let the appropriate personell do their job first, to avoid confusion and establish a customer service interaction to which I can then refer etc., before I try to push for anything.
There is a good chance they will resolve it directly.
Then, if after the normal path of customer service options are exhausted, I can try to escalate things to the manger to try to give additional help.

I think everything will be ok, but it just takes some time with a very unique and strange situation such as this because a lot of explaining and communication with different people is required.
The chain-of-command/communication, overall work-load (many inquiries a day answered in the order they are received, and time-zone differences (send a message, wait a day for reply; they send a reply to that and wait again, because we are talking through a chain of multiple people completely across the world.

You can ask @heavylifter87 about the fact I have helped multiple times in the past and we have a lot of communication over the years.
If customers service doesn't resolve it directly, it is very likely I will be able to provide additional assistance after they are done looking into the issue.

I should’ve asked was it resolved instead. I been lurking for a while and I know you go above and beyond as a rep. No disrespect to you. I’m just curious as to why an empty box showed up and I’m not trying to sound paranoid but I’m hoping it was just a mistake and nothing more serious.

Thank you for taking the time to reply with the kind words towards me; I appreciate that. I didn't take your other post as disrespect or negative towards me. I just wanted to clarify that I am talking to him so it does not seem like his concern was ignored and no one replied to him.

The situation very much seems like something occurred after Basicstero handed over the pack to the postal system.
Something beyond the control of Basicstero, or any other online seller of any type.
@heavylifter87 even did a lot of his own research about this type of strange situation and discovered that it is happening to many international shippers such as eBay, Temu, Pintrest, etc.
It is something strange going on with someone in the postal system -- we have no way to know if it's on the international side, or the destination country side, or at what step along the way.

It does not appear to be a problem from within Basicstero or something Basicstero (or any other seller) can control, and it is not an issue unique to Basicstero -- it happening to many online sellers and is some problem in the postal system.

I will do my best to help him.

It looks like you may not have been using the correct way to contact Basicstero support.
Most likely they have no inquiry from you yet.
But that is good news because that explains why we have no reply about it yet -- now we can start getting things moving.

Announcing a Great Victory for Pharmacom Labs!
Analytic results for the new Liquid GH Product demonstrate that stability during storage and multiple extended transits has been achieved.

The product was first shipped to the US warehouse, which takes a transit time of approximately 2 weeks; then from that warehouse it was shipped to Europe, another transit time of approximately 2 weeks, to be tested.
