To the best of my understanding, the EU warehouse does not currently service the UK.

Nonetheless, many UK customer have enjoyed success over the years from the International Warehouse.
Therefore, if you ever want to buy products from the Basicstero store, the International Warehouse is an option and it has the lowest prices.

Unfortunately, the UK no longer in the EU.
Brexit officially took place on 31 January 2020 when the UK left the EU.
Therefore, I don't think it is on the list of available destinations from the EU warehouse.

However, you may check on the Baisstero site to see if it will allow you to order from the EU warehouse to a UK destination.

To check if a destination is available, simply add some items into your cart and proceeding to the delivery address step. On that step you will find a drop-down menu for available destination countries.

If your destination is not available, you may choose to not proceed with completing the order, and you may remove the items from the cart so everything will be reset back to empty with no order placed.

Important Update about the EU Promo
The source's management has informed me that ampoules are available for the promotional orders.

Basicstero will be sending ampoule products instead of vials for the EU promo free samples.
