Are orders from international warehouses to Europe often confiscated at customs?
They are not "often confiscated" -- most packages make it to most countries; but, international packs do have a more difficult time with customs clearance in some nations and a small percentage of international orders do get confiscated.
I think some countries have lower risks than others, but there is always a greater risk with international than there is with domestic.
