Stats: 30 yrs 6 0 230 around 17% mostly in stomach area. Recomposition cycles have mostly be seen as a myth so come along for the ride and we will see what happens.
Here's cycle:
1-6 dbol 50mg Ed
1-15 test e 750mg ew
1-10 deca 600mg ew
4-12 tren e 500 mg ew
10-15 50mcg of t3
11-14 500 hcg e3d
.5 adex e3d with 10 mg nolva e3d during 1-6 for dbol.
pct:
75 50 50 25 clomid
20 20 20 20 nolva
Diet:
1-10 500 deficit low carb on off days and slightly over maintance on workout days.
11-15 500 deficit low carb ed
Macros 300 protien 150 fat and <50g carbs. I will have refuel days as needed and one day with a free meal that will not be tracked.
